Important Travel Information
- Dealer Principal and spouse have been cordially invited for the event.
- Dealer Principal may choose to bring son or daughter in place of spouse.
- Only 1 room (double/single occupancy as per requirement) will be allotted to each Dealer Principal.
- Dealer can bring additional family members. In such cases, Dealers must book an additional room directly with the hotel or through our travel partners.
The additional cost will be shared by HMI at a later stage.
- Shared transfer coaches for Airport pick-up & drop have been arranged for the guests arriving at the event on 3rd February 2025 and for departure on 6th February 2025.
